The hotel is big, clean and comfortable. It is 9 minutes walk away from the metro line U3. So after taking the metro you can reach the city center very quickly and easily. The rooms are big, there is a safe box and fridge in the room. I needed an iron but from the reception they didn't provide it to me. Also if you want to clean your room you must put a lable on the door early in the morning. Otherwise the room will not be cleaned. I think these issues are not for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast is great. The staff in the breakfast hall is very helpful. In general the atmosphere of the hotel is nice and it is calm inside. Also they have their own parking. The cost of the parking is 19 euro per day. There is a big Lidl under the hotel. In general it is a nice option for exploring Vienna😍

Not in the heart of the city but close to bus station (1min) and also close to lidl and dm.The breakfast is good for a hotel breakfast.Rooms are okey but a bit dirty.I don’t think they clean the floor/carpets.Staff is kind and helpful.I can recommend if using public transportation is not that big problem for you:)
