Location, comfort and price excellent fitting.

My wife and I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel in Berlin. Although we checked in early, the room was prepared for only one person and had serious hygiene issues, including a dirty duvet full of hair. The reception staff was rude and dismissive when we reported the problems. The room was extremely cold, and the heating system did not work properly. The most serious issue was an electric shock caused by a defective hair dryer, which was a major safety risk. We were forced to change rooms at 3:00 AM without any assistance. Our vacation was completely ruined. I do not recommend this hotel.
