Kind of nice hotel, clean, nice staff but the food was very pour, there is no variety, if you came with a car they charge for parking 🙄🙄🙄, anyway I give only 3 stars..

Nice clean , lovely staff apart from 1 female bar staff who looked miserable everyday . Drinks were good , I enjoy Bulgarian wine and the all inclusive wine was good . The food was edible , not 5 star but adequate it was sadly always cold !! . I microwave or 2 would be a great investment . I don't this is the place for you if your are Muslim due to the amount of pork and cross contamination from meats to cheese . All In I would go to this hotel again and found it very friendly and in a good location

The good .rooms nice but noisy In a quite quiet area. The bad !poor food cold at the best of times.very limited choice of food.3 or 4 main choices if you were lucky .had mackerel one day .and the next day mackerel served in baked beans .never more than two deserts which were the same every day . The bar young lad great nice smile .but they had a young girl who was surly and rude .and never at the bar .the customers had to go looking for her.pool area very small pictures misleading. I was given a room by the road very noisy I couldn't sleep.i asked to change and the demanded about £300 for the 9 nights on top ot what I I had already paid .I ended up going to another hotel (imperial) for two nights paid £35 and night .well worth it . The older man on reception was miserable, and the blonde older lady manager always had a scowl on her face and never smiled . was on the 1st floor with about 5 floors above.and when they flushed the toilet you could hear it rattling down the soil waste pipes in the toilet not pleasant. When I tried to change my room to the other side .the other side was practically empty .the cleaners were very nice .also the young guys and young lady on reception My advice is go to the imperial instead On the last day after I had checked out the surly barmaid said that no drinks were allowed after check out even though I had about 4 hours to wait at the hotel

Excellent value at £417 for flights and 2 weeks all inclusive. Food surprisingly good for Bulgaria. Rooms very spacious with free fridge and safe. Nice swimming pool. Bus stop very close. Everything very cheap. Nice h6

Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, not far from the beach, plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, however 4 stars due to the lack of towels in my room; had to ask reception twice, because the first time I asked they forgot.
