Lovely hotel located on the beach front. There are two buildings we were in the one across the road. This one actually had the breakfast room located in it. It also has a roof top pool but unfortunately never got to sit there as people put their towels down at silly o’clock. But the beach was lovely with sunbeds available at €6 each for the day. Very clean rooms and corridors and quite contemporary. Very friendly staff. Food in their restaurant was great and reasonably priced.

Never a 4* hotel. I paid over £900 to stay in a room with a terrace for 5 nights. The sunbeds were old and the umbrella old and stained, and all should have been consigned to the tip a long time ago. Breakfast was ok. Staff everywhere were totally disinterested, and you felt you were an inconvenience when enquiring about anything. On checking out there was no acknowledgment at all, no thank you for staying, how was your stay, nothing! How this is a 4* hotel I will never know.

I loved everything about this Hotel. Great location on the beach, We had a beautiful ocean view from our balcony. Very clean rooms and friendly service. The hotel was conveniently located with just a 15 mins walk to the Balcon. This was my first time in Nerja and we couldn't have picked a better hotel. Breakfast was terrific! It had everything you can possibly want. One thing that stood out to me that the hotel did which I thought was really nice is that the morning we were leaving we had to check out at 5 am to catch our early fight back to the US. Since we were missing breakfast, they packed us a doggie bag to take with us that included juices, yogurts and sandwiches for both of us. That was so very thoughtful and appreciate. Overall I recommend Perla Marina and I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself was pleasant, the rooms were clean and spacious, lovely pools and a great range of food for breakfast. What really let's it down is the bar staff. The service was terrible. Some of the staff make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by asking to be served. Others just ignore you completely. It's a shame as it could be a great place if they hired staff who actually knew what good customer service is.

Disappointed with this hotel but it had good points.Breakfast was good & nice choice of food.Staff were great.Bar was a terrace right on seafront & again staff were great.Parts of hotel have been modernised but lobby,rooms & others are very dated.Room had no balcony,storage was worst I've ever seen.One drawer & wardrobe was not long enough for long garment.Staff on reception were unfriendly.When we checked out we were not asked how our stay was or did we find everything to our liking.Not a four star hotel.
