Worse hotel/ apartments ive ever stayed in ....rooms not clean and dated ....pool area in zone 4 not clean and stank of cats urine....staff rude .....nothing very much to do around the area ...you need to taxi or walk . If you are s/ c you cant use the hotel facilities at all

If you are looking for a quiet hotel then run away!! This establishment has a very noisy and disrespectful clientele. They are, moreover, very often intoxicated. These people behave very badly; they leave their glasses and their leftover food lying on the floor and on the tables. Everything is permitted for them!!! Management and the staff do not say anything to them. There is a set of rules, but it is not enforced. Example: towels placed on the lounge chairs as early as 8 a.m. without anyone there (see attached photos) for hours, even though the rules state that if there is no one there after 30 minutes, they will be removed. Pool with people playing with balls while it is full, not to mention the screaming, whether from children or adults. With lifeguards who are totally useless under a beach umbrella, busy looking at their phones. You get the impression that these people are the kings here.
The hotel carries out renovation work starting at 8 a.m. in the rooms during the peak season, with the noise of angle grinders and drills while vacationers are in the pool.
There is a gym for which we reported an air conditioning problem that was set to 82°F; the reception told us they would send someone, but they never came to check, and the problem persisted throughout our entire stay, that is to say, 15 days.
There are huge cockroaches, whether outside, in the restrooms, or in the rooms.
Cocktail-type drinks are undrinkable and far too sweet.
The food in the main restaurant is very average and repetitive. Tasteless dishes, once again focused primarily on a specific clientele.
Children and people who serve themselves, taste, and then put the food back. It would be desirable to have staff monitoring this because, once again, the clientele respects nothing.
Sounds of motorcycles that think they are on a racetrack almost every night.
Very basic housekeeping in the rooms, shower products not restocked, nor toilet paper or hand soap.
Very unfriendly reception staff; only the restaurant and bar staff were very smiling and welcoming.
Contrary to some comments, we did not smell any cat urine. We did indeed encounter several cats that were peaceful and calm. They never bothered us.
Regarding the entertainment, there is some, but only for children. No entertainment for adults.
The rooms are spacious, but some would require some work.
The hotel is far from the beach. You must either take a shuttle that is certainly free but with a departure at 9:30 AM and a return at 3:30 PM. Otherwise, you must opt for a bus located 10-15 minutes from the hotel for a cost of €5.60 for 4 per trip, otherwise you will have to take a taxi.
Conclusion: it is the management that is partly responsible for all this and that should act, but we clearly understand that the targeted clientele is what keeps their business running. Concretely, the only positive points of this hotel are: the kindness of the restaurant and bar staff as well as the size of the rooms.
We stayed 15 days at the Koala Garden and, despite the sunshine, this experience unfortunately did not convince us.
The clientele is overwhelmingly English and particularly noisy around the pool, both adults and children alike. Constant screaming, ball games in the pool… all this under the gaze of a lifeguard who does absolutely nothing to enforce a minimum of calm or safety rules.
This same clientele is also very disrespectful of the premises. Cups, plates, wrappers, and food scraps are left everywhere, even though there are plenty of trash cans in the establishment. The staff seems to turn a blind eye to this lack of civility.
Another very annoying point: the lounge chairs are "reserved" from 8 a.m. with towels, despite signs clearly indicating that this practice is prohibited. Once again, no intervention from the staff.
