Fantastic hotel. They had everything and more. 5 pools and 3 entertainment rooms. In the basement is a place you can go and do your washing drying and ironing if needed.. The hotel looks amazing too.. we will definitely be going again Lilian from Leicester

Have just finished 10 days at this hotel it’s a brilliant hotel with amazing staff especially luis from the go and fun team he was amazing keeping my kids entertained

Perfect hotel. Rooms well equiped & food great. Staff very pleasanr, apart from one very unwelcoming miserable receptionist. Only thing wrong was reserving of sun loungers is allowed. None were available after 9am. Some were reserved at 8.30 & never used by the time we left at 4pm. This is very selfish & should be removed by the pool staff. There are no loungers on the beach as an alternative. As this is a large part of our holiday, for this reason only, we will not be back.
