Second time at this complex - stayed at the Jaz Bluemarine the first time which seems better value for money as you can access everything you can in the Aquamarine and its cheaper. The Aquamarine also has rooms overlooking the back of other hotels so is worth requesting a pool view if you don't want to be looking at a brick wall. Rooms could do to be rennovated as they are looking a but tired and underwheelming, but still comfortable and clean. The Bluemarine rooms all seem to have have decent views and our rom there was better maintained - although that was three years ago. Food a good standard and the restaurants (max of 3 bookings a week) are very nice. The staff and lifeguards can't do enough for you, even if you don't tip, but its nice to do so - take a load of $1 bills and give a $ and they will look out for you. The lifeguards will always find you sunbeds by your chosen pool - there are so many its never a problem. I would like to see some no smoking areas and maybe the set of four pools which have one as adults only could have a second or even a third one allocated to adults only. There are still at least 10 other pools for kids. There's slides for little kids and bug kids, theres just something for everyone. Plan to go back.

From my perspective, there is absolutely nothing to fault about this hotel, so I cannot think of any further improvements. All services are impeccable, and every single staff member is fantastic—truly professional. All I can say is a huge thank you!
