Just back from a wonderful 2week holiday here the rooms were lovely the staff were great and food great as well. WiFi great no problems pool and sunbeds great no problems at all the hotel a wee bit out the way but we used the free bus to the beach a couple of times and got taxis as well which were good as well we would return to this hotel no problem

Arrived late and was offered something to eat which was unexpected but nice. The bungalow was lovely, very clean and had all amenities. Housekeeping came every day. We stayed all inclusive - the food was mostly very good. There was a good choice for breakfast, lunch menu was very good, the evening buffet varied. Staff were all very nice and helpful! Plenty of sunbeds and the pool area was well kept. Overall, the hotel was very nice and would definitely recommend for a nice quiet and relaxing holiday. What let the whole holiday down was the location. There is a free shuttle bus to Maspalomas beach that runs until about 5pm which is great but at peak times, very busy and you may not get a seat. It's about a 30-40 minute walk to the beach and restaurants if you wanted to venture out for something to eat. You can get a taxi (hotel will order one for you) to Maspalomas for about 6 euros. If you wanted to check out Playa del Ingles - it's only about 10-15 minutes away by taxi and will cost about 8-9 euros. The beach there is lovely, plenty more choices for shops and restaurants and you can check out the dunes here too. There is a 'shopping centre' about 15 minutes walk away from the hotel where there is a convenience store but unless you need a few food items, don't bother with the walk - the shopping centre looks like it belongs in a dystopian or zombie movie as it's completely derelict. If you stay here, there's not a lot to do locally so you need to take a bus or get a taxi to get out and about but if you are looking to relax and just have some nice peace and quiet in the sun, by the pool, this hotel is definitely worth the visit. Oh - it's a bus trip but definitely recommend a trip to Puerto de Mogen! It's a beautiful place!

A lovely and spotless hotel. Nice and chilled with a great vibe. Rooms were spotless and clean although you could here our neighbours through the walls however not a big issue. The pool area and gardens are absolutely lovely although no ball games were allowed (fair enough) we did book into a more adult kind of place. A little far out from the coast however only 5-10 mins in a taxi. Good food and drinks choice and brilliant staff. Yep i would recommend but not for young children who want activities.

The food was great and the restaurant staff were really friendly and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile and live music in the evenings was nice as well. The pool and the surroundings were clean. Unfortunately the room cleaning was disappointing. They said first that they were going to clean the room, change bedsheets and change towels every other day. In reality the cleaning was not properly done. They just made the bed and dusted the room. Bedsheets were changed only once during the whole stay after asking for it 3 times. The room was mopped once and the bathroom was not cleaned at all. When we gave the feedback after check-out at the reception, the lady was rude. We've been told that it was cleaned even when it wasn't. She said we should have said it immediately and they would have fixed it, which they didn't do. They also told us that it's okay to change the bedsheets once a week for a 3 star hotel but Tui rated it as a 4 star hotel so we expected more than once a week. Also the 2 person bed was really small for 2 people. The width was around 140cm or less. This does not add to the relaxing atmosphere when you have to chase them down for cleaning, toilet paper and towels. In conclusion, we had a great time outside of our own room.
