A super great hotel with great entertainment. It is clean, the staff is attentive, and the food is varied. That was our second vacation there, and we will spend our next vacation there again.

In itself, the hotel is really very nice, clean, spacious, and impressively large. There are different activities and programs every day, so that boredom actually does not arise. The selection of food is also really very large and varied. Everyone will certainly find something here that suits their taste. The spa area was very clean and is highly recommended.. Entertainment available ... by and large a very great hotel... Unfortunately, however, there are a few points regarding the service that somewhat tarnish the positive overall impression. Anyone expecting attentive and fast service in the restaurants or bars needs a lot of patience at times. Often you wait a long time for anyone to even take your order, and then it takes what feels like an eternity again until the ordered drinks are brought. Sometimes it is actually faster to get up yourself and get something. Unfortunately, the friendliness of the staff is also not a given everywhere. Of course, not every employee can be equally friendly and attentive, but in some bars we actually had the feeling of not really being welcome. The room cleaning could also be more thorough. Although the rooms are tidied up daily, the cleaning seems rather superficial. In some places, one would have simply wished for a bit more care and thoroughness; there is definitely room for improvement there. Especially for a hotel of this size and category, we would have wished for more attention and warmth from the staff here.

Another great stay, still with small weaknesses.
