How to put it. When we arrived we got a room in the main building by the pool. Directly from the door we could smell mold and damp. Within 1 minute I obtain 3 pictures of the room (would definitely find more damage, but wasnt interest to explore more). At the reception they put us into another room with no hesitation. It felt like they tried to sell the rubish room and were prepared to sort it out in case we complained. The new room was the same one of look, but renovated, clean, not smelly and with nicer view. The food is great on thr first day. Then you realise you eat the same everyday. The pool bar is not by the pool and has very poor offers. The small beach is overcrowded and pool sunbeds are full of towels even before 6 am, though it is prohibited. The evening programs are very poor. The staff is very welcoming and nice. The location itself doesnt offer anything interesting. The East and South are much better locations. I would not come here again.

After an exceptional welcome in the early hours with the offer of a small amount of food and alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks long after the restaurant had closed our visit, sadly went quickly downhill. The reception staff are pleasant and helpful the restaurant and bar staff with the exception of the Albanian gent that worked across the road in the rooftop pool bar are very abrupt and really rather rude.there are nowhere near enough staff either. The place is run on a shoestring and it's clear to see. The food without exception is of average quality and generally served luke warm to cold. Poor selection of food for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Alcohol is also of poor quality. The all inclusive closes for two hours around midday although this is more like three hours in reality. The hotel consists of three separate hotels that all come under the same name. We were actually staying a couple of minutes walk down the road and the quality of the rooms and everything else really was poor. No kettle or cups in the room. Only one plug on the one wall so you could either use the fridge or the TV! The air con was actually quite efficient although very noisy. Finally, if you have mobility issues this hotel ( and Bali in general) is not for you. Being constructed on a steeply sloping gradient towards the sea there are steps everywhere! We had 68 up to our room. There are no lifts at all. Pleased we visited Bali. It's beautiful. Not pleased to have experienced this hotel. It's dreadful.

I didn't like the food at all, no choice, the same thing, not very good cleanliness, only at the reception everything was good and also a lot of stairs

We arrived late at midnight, but the staff (Ali) at the reception still offered to us free drinks and some sandwiches. Ali also helped us with suitcase and led us to our room. We also would like to thank Vaggelis. He is an amazing person. He was always helpful and friendly. His smile we will never forget. The room service was also great. We found out at the reception that her name is Floreta. Nice and friendly girl, always smiling. The sea and the view from the room was amazing. It is a 3 star hotel, renovation is needed and cleaner territory around.
