3 night stay as a couple I will start with the negatives as we felt this impacted our holiday the most. Air conditioning, we were in room 3602, the air con was awful, three times it stopped working all together. This happened through the night into the afternoon, meaning sleep was uncomfortable and room became like too hot. Reported to reception each time and air con was restored, but still didn’t work well. Air conditioning came out as a trickle, The buttons for turning fan up done nothing, it was stuck on lowest setting when it was on, Room is very basic and dated, and could do with freshening up. There was only 1 mirror and this is in the bathroom, so as a couple it was inconvenient when getting dressed to go out for the evening. The wife had to wait until we’d both had showers, before having access to mirror. Could do with an extra mirror in the room. Beds I felt were uncomfortable, they were pushed together to make a double which is fine, but nothing to latch them together, so they kept splitting apart, Kitchen had a frosted glass window and facing the sun, there was no blind or curtain to block the sun, so kitchen was roasting. There was Velcro around the window, so looks like blind is missing. Positives…. The hotel is in a good location close to marina and on the beach path next to beach. Sea view room was clean, and had nice view from balcony. Pool area was pleasant, and we had no issue getting loungers, even after 11am there were still a few available. Breakfast was also good, decent choices and fresh food. Experience Overall we paid £496 for three nights at this hotel, having stayed there we would not choose this hotel again, although the location was great, the experience within the room didn’t meet the price paid. The biggest issue for us was the air conditioning. Made the room uncomfortable. The other issues with the room we could have lived with as the location was good. If you’re going here and get the same room, check the air conditioning before unpacking, if it still the same, I’d ask to change rooms.

My family & I have been going to these apartment for over 20 years , my parents brought me when I was a teenager & more recently my Fiancee and our daughter have been staying here. Every year we look forwarding to seeing Carlos, he's always gone out of his way to be genuinely helpful to us far more than is expected. He went out of his way to find sunbeds with an umbrella each morning to ensure our daughter wasn't sun burnt. Removing worries like this means a massive amount to us & ensuring we can fully relax down by the pool. To top it all we did not need to ask which means a lot to us , he purposefully went above & beyond & we are very grateful. We look forward to seeing him every year & is a big reason as to why we choose to stay here. From the McCarthy Family.

I have only just got around to doing this review but better late than never. we had been twice before so had a good idea what to expect. We had a studio on the 11th floor and the views were wonderful. The room was clean and big enough for two of us. We would have liked some drawers for our clothes but that is a small point really. There was a shelf unit which we used but it was strange there was no drawer unit when there was space for one. The kitchen is very basic but we managed to make some meals . Where this hotel really scores is its location. The beach is a few steps away from the rear entrance and it is easy to walk to the marina. It is also very close to the Carvery which is one of the best restaurants we have visited in this area. There are a couple of small supermarkets just across the road from the front entrance and a larger one a few minutes walk away. We thought the bar prices were a little expensive but not outrageous. The staff are always pleasant in our experience. Our visits have all been for a week prior to going along the coast to our timeshare and we would certainly stay again.
