Service is excellent ask to change rooms as im disabled I was to many stairs they give me another room straight away if I go any problem they resolve straight away.Food always fresh .Staff very friendly excellent service definitely would stay here again.

I do not recommend it! So far the worst I ever visited. No agency mentions the most important thing: the hotel has no air conditioning in the rooms! The rooms are old, the drains smell, and the hotel's general appearance suggests its best days are long gone. Expect stairs, stairs, and more stairs. The hotel is not suitable for older couples or people with mobility issues. The pools need repainting, and the sun loungers need replacing. The food is basic; if something isn't finished at lunch, it gets served again at dinner (paella, for example). They charge a €20 deposit for fans and €3 per day for the safe. It is a very basic hotel that I wouldn't rate higher than two stars. Feel sorry for the staff as they work hard.

We were apprehensive about our stay after reading recent reviews but thankfully we had a great time. We booked very recently and were looking for a relaxing time. Some main points from our experience 1) contact reception if your have any requests or queries as they were very accommodating and helpful. 2)There are a lot of stairs around the complex so be prepared but access to the main 2 pools and bar/restaurant are near the ground floor. 3)We(adults)had a decent sized 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with air conditioning. Room was basic but bed/sofa bed comfortable and nice big bathroom and shower. Small fridge, kettle and toaster which we used and 2 ring hob which we didn't. 4)We were all inclusive and the food was decent so no complaints from us. Plenty of seating available and good choice of salads, cold meats, cheese etc, grilled meats and vegetables and soup each day for lunch and dinner. Breakfast had good choices too with eggs, pancakes on offer with cold meats/cheese/yoghurt etc I know other reviewers have commented on the standard of food however can assure you everything we ate was delicious. 5)On AI you can help yourself to teas, coffees, cold drinks and water all day. I believe guests on bed and breakfast and half board also can help themselves to water. AI guests can also self serve wine and lager at lunch and dinner. 6)AI had Limited snacks available after breakfast and lunch e.g. cheese and ham toasties, burgers, hot dogs and chips (all made to order). You can also have ice cream from the freezer) 7)Alcoholic drinks on AI were "the usual" local brands but were ok for us. 8)All bar, restaurant, reception and maintenance staff in our experience were friendly, helpful and very hard working. 9)Only visited pool no 3 which was bigger than the other 2 with limited sunloungers available on a deck above it. Yes the pool/deck was in need of repair (as well as some of the older toilet facilities)but I get the sense that the hotel is working on improvement. 10)We didn't see a lot of the entertainment but there seemed to be different acts or bingo type events each evening. 11)There are lots of great pubs and restaurants in the surrounding area with a 5 minute walk either turn left or turn right to go down to the front. Special mention to Charlys, The Shamrock. 10) We learned there is a free courtesy bus to las Americas which stops outside hotel but did not use it. 12) Also a Special mention to "Mira"(I think that is her name)who checked us in as she was very welcoming and had arranged for refreshments and sandwiches for us as we were late arrivals. 13) You can request a late checkout( for a fee and dependent on availability)but no one we spoke to managed to secure one as we were told fully booked. 14) There is luggage room which is locked so you can store your cases before you leave and you can still use facilities and AI. The hotel should consider providing a "courtesy room" like some other hotels do so guests can shower. I would even pay a small fee however appreciate this would need maintenance (fresh towels provided and cleaned between use). All in all a good week in the sun and in our opinion good value for what we paid.

Room was ok ish! The bathroom was absolutely disgusting shower head was filthy it was black with mould the corners of ground of shower had a big build up of grime. Mop and brush kept in bathroom was disgusting!! Ants everywhere to the point I bought ant killer to put down myself as they were all over furniture and kitchen area. Reception staff were a hit and miss some were nice the older lady was extremely rude. Hotel requires significant maintenance done broken tiles on walls. We were half board and couldn't eat a single meal in here we are out or used glovo app and got food delivered rather than eat in hotel. The toilets by reception are stinking of urine! Definitely would not return!!

We are currently staying here. I’ve only given it 1* as had to give it a rating. Honestly do not check in to this place, the staff are rude (lady at reception and a life guard) The rooms are dirty and dated. Food is very basic and not much choice. Public toilets are disgusting. Now on day 3 been told not aloud to jump in the pool. No atmosphere at the pool, had music first day but now not aloud. The staff don’t care. Honestly save your money and book elsewhere. We are trying to make the best of it and have a good holiday. DO NOT COME HERE.
