No detail is missing, they always treat and take care of us wonderfully. There is no staff at the hotel who is not charming and attentive to any question. At the hotel, everything is always very well taken care of down to the smallest detail. A pleasure to be able to go year after year to disconnect from life there. And let me not forget to talk about the sunset and its wonderful Balinese beds with those fantastic, dreamy views

Truly one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in in my life for its quality, its diverse and refined meals. The staff members are friendly, available, and smiling. Not a problem. A small downside, but really not the hotel's fault: across the way on the bank, there is construction work that you can hear at the pool, but it is really nothing. It doesn't spoil the experience! I recommend ++++++
