Some hotels get the basics right. Salobre Golf Resort exceeds them all. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Enrique and Andres on reception, and Miguel and David at the golf centre, whose professionalism and warmth made our stay even more enjoyable. Room 620 offered stunning views over the golf course and mountains, an incredibly comfortable bed, and the best hotel shower I've ever experienced. The resort never felt busy, with seven beautifully positioned pools, peaceful spaces throughout, and the spectacular Sunset Pool, where complimentary cabana access was a lovely touch. The complimentary spa, with its Scottish showers, oxygen room and mountain-view pool, was another standout. The unlimited golf package is exceptional, with two fantastic courses. The New Course, in particular, has some of the most imaginative hole designs you'll ever play. Dinner was a highlight every evening, with a different themed buffet showcasing outstanding quality, from fresh seafood and perfectly cooked steaks to excellent pasta and desserts. Salobre Golf Resort has gone straight onto our "must return" list. If you're looking for exceptional service, fantastic golf and total relaxation, this is the place.

The is a fantastic hotel for a relaxing holiday. The food is some of the best we have eaten on a holiday. It was made even better by having free golf during our stay.

We visit every year and were certainly not disappointed by our latest stay. Our daughter is 10 and always wants to return rather than try anywhere different for summer holidays. The standards of everything at Salobre are excellent and we are always made to feel welcome and valued as guests. The hotel itself is unique and has great facilities. Food is high quality and varied. We only left the hotel once during our stay, to visit the beach using the shuttle service provided. Above all we are always made to feel extremely welcome by all the staff and we would recommend a visit to anyone. I was trying to think of something negative to try and demonstrate balance but genuinely couldn’t remember anything we weren’t happy with. I am sure we will be back next year.
