An unforgettable stay!
We have been staying for a week in room 680 and they could not have treated us better. The overall assessment of our vacation is very positive. I hope I don't forget anyone:
Reception: They assisted us from the first moment with kindness and ten-out-of-ten service.
Cleaning: We want to give special recognition to Claudia. Impossible to be kinder, more attentive, and more professional.
Restaurant and Bar: A ten for Alberto, Norudin, Fran, and the rest of the team of waiters and waitresses whose names I don't remember, but who were equally charming.
Entertainment: Very fun and super involved at all times. A very big hug to Fau, José Luis, and Mikel.
We are deeply grateful for the welcome you all gave us. Thank you so much for everything!
We will definitely see you next year.

It is the second time I have gone with All Inclusive and honestly it is great. Varied and good food. The staff is lovely, both reception and housekeepers, but especially the waiters and entertainers are the best.

The property is very beautiful.
The first negative point is the parking; they do not have private parking, and unfortunately, in high season, it becomes difficult to find a spot. As soon as we arrived, we found the staff to be very helpful, truly. They handle the entire check-in for you without any major problems, so you can enjoy your stay from the beginning.
We waited for our bungalow while still being able to use all the services in the meantime.
The bungalow we were assigned was unfortunately not nice at all. It was very run-down, and I am sorry to say it, but also dirty. Furthermore, it was near the laundry area, so early in the morning, we heard a lot of noise from the carts and the cleaning ladies.
I understand that the cleaning was not the best due to the high season, and in my opinion, the ladies have little time to clean.
Also because they handed us a bungalow with a bed still needing to be made and some broken handles needing to be fixed.
We paid for half board, and I would like to point out that the strong point of this property is its staff and the restaurant. They are very kind and take care of the customer, especially two guys—I might get their names wrong, but one is NORDINE and the other is JAVI. They care about their work and give their all to offer guests a clean space with a lot of friendliness.
Truly, thanks to the staff of this property.
And a thank you to all the people of Gran Canaria; in every place we have been, we have not found a single rude person.
