This was our second stay. As good as before. Staff, room, breakfast, pool, lounge, everything was superb. Two things I was uneasy with. Smoking is allowed on sun-beds near the pool. And I would prefer having a complete “shadow area” near the pool next to the Level lounge. Thus it would be not necessary to move umbrellas back and forth. Otherwise it was a great stay.

A great hotel in our 3rd stay in the level rooms and services ,great staff and location but sadly 1 problem which the hotel do not care to resolve You sunbath on a stunning roof top pool area and hotel seem to not care that a few individuals ruin the day by allowing them to smoke with no separate area to sunbath away from the smoking guests Despite complaints to staff nothing is done as hotel has no policy to control this I recognise the right for people to smoke but what about my right to be in an area that is for non smokers Avoid this hotel if anti smoking is your concern as hotel not prepared to resolve issue It sadly has spoilt our many afternoons relaxation

My 5th year staying here but my first solo, it is wonderful to go back to a place where the staff remembers you and acknowledge you. The hotel has recently been refurbished to a very high standard.My room was stunning once again, room 1965. I always book full board great selection of food. Really liked the new style bathroom. I used the spa and had a massage. Staff really go out of the way to make a great holiday for you, im only room and im booking gor next year.
