These are the employees I happened to speak with at the hotel and who left me wanting to return: Ángela the receptionist, José Miguel the restaurant manager, Andro the bartender, Pedro the chef, René the security guard, and Emilio, Jesús, Taisia, and Cadi from the catering team. They were part of the reason why I decided to extend my vacation one more week, because such warm and pleasant service is not found just anywhere. 🙏🏽 I loved the hotel. To start, they gave me a large single room and it surprised and delighted me very much. The design is between modern and vintage, and everything was super clean, including the shower and the bathroom, which for me is one of the most important things. The staff is simply wonderful, very attentive and friendly. Every person I spoke with was incredibly kind, attentive, and great🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽

The location is amazing, the staff are so friendly and the rooms and communal areas are spotlessly clean. The only issue is that the bar staff take a while to serve you even when there is no one else waiting. We love this hotel and will be back next year.
