Arrived this afternoon, friendly reception team greeted us. 1st impression friendly. 1st impression of room as was in area D premium, room was filthy. Dust everywhere. In the bathroom air vent and shower curtain worse than the bedroom space. Complained to reception team and have requested being moved into a clean room awaiting a response. Impression walking around the hotel generally dusty and dirty everywhere

upon arriving, there was a small issue with one of the rooms we had booked, we spoke to Nicholas, one of the managers. he sorted the room situation out so the room he was was more accessible for one of the family members, the whole process was seamless and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to come. thankyou so much Nicholas

We stayed in a premium room, and to be honest, I can't see why they call it that. The room is dated, and the maids don't clean properly. All the drinks are local and not very nice. The only good thing is there is no limit to how many you have, so if there is a number of you ilyouncan get a few at a time. The food is very poor even in the premium restaurant, we also ate in the standard restaurant which Is even worse. Every day is the same food with very little change. We stayed for 10 days and this will be the last time we will come back here. Overall, the hotel grounds are clean but very tired and need a face lift. There are better hotels out there shop around
