I was abit sceptical of this hotel after reading the reviews. From the outside the hotel looks bit drab but once inside it's very nice. Staff where very polite, treat people the way you want to be treated yourself I say. We booked the half board package, plenty of food choice for myself & the kids. Mr whippi ice cream machine in the evening was a big hit with the kids. Room was very clean & spacious & cleaned every day. Lots of sunbeds over two levels, the main pool area does get busy. The pool could do with some repairs to it's floor & cleaning the broken bits out of it. Kids entertainment by the pool was very good, inflatable water slide on some days & water mat for running on water on other days foam party up near kids pool Yes this hotel is kitted up more for French & Spanish as you will tell when they are informing whsts on over the speaker. Evening entertainment didn't seem that good though so we skipped that. Don't let that put you off it's ideally situated to loro park and the town both within 10 minutes walk. I would book this hotel again if in the area
Having read several negative reviews about the hotel, I was a bit worried but didn’t need to be! Went with my adult son and stayed for 5 nights. On the whole, staff were polite and friendly, and facilitated us moving rooms from ones with a terrace to a balcony (just our own personal preference). The rooms were airy, modern and spacious, and we loved our balconies with a side sea view. The pool area was very busy but we managed to get sun beds and enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the outside bar area. We went to the rooftop bar on the nights it was open, and made it for the sunset one evening which was lovely. The food was standard buffet fare which was quite repetitive and that is my only gripe really however what we had was absolutely fine. The hotel is close to a beach which we didn’t go on but wish we had. We walked into town- about 20 minutes, and also got a taxi to Lago Martianez and back as we were pushed for time. We had a lovely time here, so if you have booked- please don’t be worried!
Hotel was a big disappointment from the description myself and 17yr old son expecting lots of English families with teenagers and teenagers entertainment which there was non of this and mainly french and spanish guests all with very young childre nothing againstthem at all but my son on all other holidays has been able to find other teens to hang outt with first ever time this has not happened. The cleaners are amazing and work extremely hard and make the rooms wonderful for this hotel so big thank you to them! and the air conditioning and that is the only good thing I have to say about this hotel. Food was awful even some days the salad leaves looked rotten. I have dietary requirements to no gluten, soy etc as well as being vegetarian I paid for all inclusive and ended up eating out as they do not cater for some one like me. My son is not a fussy eater normally but yet he struggled to eat here and also ate out. As was hungry but dod not want the food there Food is very repetitive or reheated breakfast items for bar snacks etc.. Did not feel welcome at this hotel at all which made me want to spend as little time possible there. Extremely disappointed and ruined my holiday experience! Having to pay extra as well if you want to use the indoor pool or gym I have never had that it has always been included free of charge! The roof bar is a let down too and also not included! I have stayed in better 2 star hotels!
