AVOID!! So disappointing. Booked through Love holiday (never again). Hotel and bedrooms are full of cockroaches. Staff unhelpful and rude. Food absolutely tasteless, served at room temperature, bland, and repetitive. Drinks lack flavour. No entertainment for families. Lose paving, broken sharp handrails, broken furniture!! Currently under reconstruction- very noisy. Ended up being charged more to get a “clean” room. Purchased own cleaning products and ate out most days. Such a waste of money and Love Holidays no help whatsoever. Please don’t waste your money!!

Not a bad place could be so much better we are here the first week of August so mane session and the restaurant is shut so food is in the place where the disco is and as for the food not great cooked nice but very little choice breakfast is OK sausage which is English pastry and cereal lunch hotdogs burgers and chips then normally fish in make shift restaurant the evening meals so far not good only about 3 meals to choose from drinks are good and the staff are good the pool is great but the rooms need updating no air con it's true you can what you pay for if you are coming I'd say you will have a good time as the pool and staff are good but bring some money as you will want to eat out which is not expensive

COMPLEX- Check in was easy, but you have to pay 10 euro deposit for the tv remote Complex is large and definitely not made for anyone with mobility issues. The complex isn’t very clean, one of the sunloungers had ketchup on it (not from us) for days! The rooms are only cleaned every other day ROOMS- Rooms are very dated, we were a family of one adult and 3 children (16, 14, 11) and I would say if you want to spend any time in your room it’s definitely not big enough The bed was harder than concrete and for my teenage kids there was a very small sofa bed (if you could call it that) and another very small pop up bed. POOL- The pool is great for kids and never a problem getting sun lounger. The water is salt water ENTERTAINMENT- There’s NO entertainment and I presume this is because the restaurant is being refurbed and the food is now being served in the entertainment room FOOD- now I’m not fussy at all but the food is not nice, it’s freezing cold, even first thing in the morning, there is a microwave to warm it up, I’m not even sure it’s up to hygiene standards how this is being served! The snack bar is ok for the kids but not really adults unless you want burger and hotdogs everyday. The evening is shocking!! Same layout as breakfast, one meat to choose from and again cold! We’ve been eating out in the evening. We booked a last min break here and paid £525 for the accommodation for 4 of us for 4 nights, so taking it as it is, what it is. But if your coming here for your family holiday as someone who comes here regularly to Tenerife, I’d spending that little bit more and choose somewhere else

From check in, it all went downhill. Despite being all inclusive, there was nothing waiting in our room after a long day of travelling. Not even water and the shop was closed. No air con and no fan in the room. The following morning we went for breakfast. The bread was stale, the yogurt had curdled, reheated food which had become dry and rubbery. The same food was then repurposed for lunch and the same for dinner. The main restaurant had closed for renovation but booking agent didn’t tell anyone. The “entertainment” is non-existent as the entertainment team are doing the renovations. The make shift restaurant has extremely limited options. Only ever a choice of 2 meats or main course dishes and reheated chips and chicken nuggets. The snack bar consists of burgers or hot dogs. Both undercooked. Not replenished during the day and left to sit there in 33 degree heat to fester. Rats congregate on a nighttime around the snack bar. Cockroaches in the room. The staff look broken. The guests look broken. We have had to eat out every night or risk food poisoning. And we are all inclusive. The staff won’t even eat the food. The hotel is known locally as having the worst reputation. On the Beach we’re aware that the main facilities would be closed well before we booked our holiday. No offer of alternative accommodation. No offer for reimbursement of expenses for eating out. We were offered a free whale and dolphin trip on the owners Maxicat Catamaran. When we arrived at the port, we were told it was full price. You are not allowed mobility scooters or wheelchairs despite it being “wheelchair” friendly. Yet the staff whizz around on buggy’s. You can use a round donut ring in the pool but no lilos. Sun beds aren’t adjustable and extremely uncomfortable. I could go on and on but no one at the hotel cares apart from Stephanie. The other staff members such as Cristabel smirk when you walk away after complaining. Stephanie is the only staff member who has tried to help guests.

Please don’t listen to any of the good reviews we’re do I start first of all the WIFI it only works near reception the food is hideous it is in a bar and there are about 3 tables worth of food you basically have one option and it’s not in any heat source it goes cold quick pool area is not very clean dirty and even smells also the old food restaurant is under construction and will take a while the rooms are not very clean the beds are rock solid I may aswell sleep on concrete it’s not even enjoyable everything is falling to prices we have had a man come fix our electricity and water a few times it is not suitable for children awful please avoid
