The pools, beach facilities and evening entertainment were good, but overall this was a very disappointing stay. The food was the biggest issue: repetitive, bland and not what I would expect from a hotel marketed as luxury all-inclusive. After a few days, it felt like the same limited options were served repeatedly at breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also did not feel truly all-inclusive. There were extra charges for bowling, rides, arcade games and even ironing. Being expected to pay for an ironing service, with an additional same-day charge, was particularly frustrating. I would not return. There are some good facilities, especially the pools and shows, but the food, value and constant extras did not justify the cost.

It was a great experience, super hotel, great service and fantastic food and super friendly staff

We spent time there as a family; the area is very large and has all the amenities. The kitchen and staff are exceptional, everyone is friendly.
