Have been to Los Amigos a number of times over the years. Accommodation and staff have always been lovely. Had an apartment next to the pool this year. Everywhere is clean. The new restaurant has an amazing menu and entertainment a few nights a week. The only let down is the main pool bar. I think this is run by the restaurant. No attention is given. I know you can’t have glass by the pool but drinks are served in paper cups - doesn’t quite give that nice feel when having a cocktail. They at least were frosted plastic cups before. They have taken away the normal tables and chairs where you could sit and eat. The 2 or 3 high tables and stools are very unsafe and flimsy. No happy hour or atmosphere there now. It does let the complex down.

We had a fantastic stay at Los Amigos Hotel. It’s such a friendly, happy resort with a lovely atmosphere. The apartments are great and have everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. They were very clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were brilliant and really helped make our stay so enjoyable. There are swimming pools, restaurants and shops on site, so everything you need is right on your doorstep. The transport links are also great, which is a must for us. It’s only a short taxi ride to other towns and places to explore, making it a really convenient location. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay and would definitely recommend Los Amigos for families. We absolutely loved it and would 100% go back! ❤️

All facilities are perfectly arranged, clean, friendly staff, but what I still don't understand (from the Hilton group/Diamond resorts), WHY are there always those heavy chairs in the apartment without cushions! If someone moves a chair a lot at night, that is very irritating!
