Good location, perfect for trips. The hotel looks nice but is a bit outdated. The pool is small and there is a big sign not to leave towels for reservation, but this happened every day and no one did anything about it. The food was simple, seemed as cheap as possible. Curry sausages on the regular buffet .. then make a kids' buffet. Jam from a type of pressure cooker, 1 x there were real jars. Not every day a pancake..it's a holiday. The cards to indicate occupied tables are good, only the staff did nothing other than point out the placement. Getting drunk was almost a disaster every day. On our last day we waited half an hour..it's a holiday, if you have to stress to get a drink. For our one-time

Great hotel with amazing buffet options. Activities during the day was very nice

Check in wasn’t welcoming at all, no information given about food times or anything about the hotel. The rooms whilst clean to the eye had build of dirt, mould and full of stains everywhere. Had a musty smell of damp also the bedding. The furniture in the room was clanky and falling apart. The bed was so uncomfortable, the room temperature at night was freezing and the controls didn’t work to switch off the air conditioning. No outlets by the bed, could hear entertainment from the room from all neighbouring hotels and this hotel all at once on the night. Could hear the toilet flush from the room above which sounded like a waterfall in my rooms bathroom. The pool area had pounding music at different times of the day, sunbeds were super close together it wasn’t one bit relaxing. How this is a 4 star hotel I have no idea let alone a spa as well which I had all intentions of using but didn’t feel relaxed or comfortable enough to. The bar staff were rude so much so I decided to go to the supermarket next door and stock up on drinks as they were that unpleasant. I will say the food was great such a good variety, the catering team were all very welcoming, constantly smiling and attentive which was probably the only positive part about the stay and the only time I actually wanted to be in the hotel. Really disappointing that I had this experience at a 4 star hotel which really did lack value for money.
