Stayed in this hotel around April myself and the misses.Short walk to restaurants and bars Nice clean quite hotel. Was out all day so didn't use facilities much but everyone seemed friendly and I'm sure where helpful if I had needed.Only thing was bar closed at ten o clock and would have liked to finish off my night at the hotel bar.But I can fully understand if it was time off year and maybe not much call for it.All in all no complaints from me and will probably be back in gdansk later in the year and will look to book here again. Thanks guys for a lovely stay

Upon arriving i found the staff very rude when it came to confusion about checking in and throughout the trip when asking questions. I also found sunflower seed shells in my bedsheets when going to bed, showing a lack of care for cleanliness. Otherwise the location was ideal and the hotel and rooms itself were nice

This hotel advertises SMART TV as standard in all rooms, however this is not the case. There is 1 English channel for news wich is repeated every 15mins. We had the maintenance guy come and look at the TV and he said the hotel won't pay for the functionality of Netfix, screen sharing etc even though the TV has the capability. When I went down to question this at reception I was told the TVs never had the capability of Netfix etc, even though previous reviews stated they did, which she made me show her! Absolutely no customer service on the front desk. Definitely look at different hotel chains elsewhere if you want to chill out after a long day walking around town.
