A great hotel for a comfortable stay! Very beautiful and well-kept territory, lots of greenery, pleasant atmosphere, and a good beach. The rooms are clean and cozy, the food is varied, everything is fresh and delicious. I want to thank the reception team separately for their attentive, friendly, and professional attitude. From the moment of arrival, it is felt that the staff is truly trying to make the guests' vacation as comfortable as possible. All questions are solved quickly, with a smile and great attention. It is very pleasant to see such a warm attitude and real care for guests. I would also like to mention the work of the entire hotel team - thanks to you, a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere is created here. The vacation left only positive impressions. It is a nice and clean hotel. The resort has a lot to offer, especially for families with children. The food is very delicious and there is something for everyone; at any time and at every corner there is something to eat or snack on. At dinner, there are different stations at the buffet and some stand out, especially the one where a plate is freshly prepared for you. The pool bar and its staff are particularly accommodating and friendly. Special mention and thanks go to: - Osman with the inline skates, who is always eager and moves so fast on his skates that one can only praise him. - Yusuf Artuk, who is a bartender, is of course also very accommodating and he remembers you immediately and always knows what you like to drink. There are two waitresses who really stand out. My personal praise goes to them. My wife and my 9-month-old son were very satisfied and happy with both: Sudenaz was at breakfast and Ilayda could be found at the buffet in the evening. And I would also like to express my thanks to two waiters. Cengiz was great, but unfortunately he could not continue working due to an injury. Murat from the snack bar was also great, a nice young waiter. Deductions are only for the rooms, which are a bit old-fashioned, and I did not like the beach bar with its staff. They were neither friendly nor accommodating. Especially since guests who left tips were treated preferentially. There are hardly any free loungers on the beach and many are reserved by guests who themselves are not on site for hours. By and large, it was very nice and relaxing.
