From the moment we stepped in to the room with no AC it was boiling the room itself was a disaster every plug sparked when you tried to use the hairdryer shortcutted when plugged in cockroaches were absolutely everywhere the bedsheets and pilows were stained the set of drawers operated like they were made out of wet paper we paid 3700 for 8 days when the family bedside us paid , 400 for 10 the all inclusive food was the worst food I've ever had and cost us 800 pounds to add on not to mention the pool tables that were slanted missing balls and had stained cloth the dartboard hadn't been changed since the day it was installed it was so bad at first I thought It was covered in wood chip all the tiles on the pool are peeling off and are way to slippery to be safe on my third day someone slipped and seriously injured their back not too mention even if you book all inclusive you have to pay for a fan or an Aircon unit which they never have as they are all apparently booked you even have to pay to use the TV as well as all this the sliding door on the wardrobe was constantly falling off the shower head was also covered in rust and the woman operating the till the young one was the most difficult employee I've ever dealt with in my life if anyone is reading this please do not come here it was not only the worst holiday of my life but the worst week I've ever been on this planet for

This is a totally honest review from mine and my friends experience. We can only comment on the experience WE had, I understand this doesn’t apply to all people who have reviewed previously.
Firstly - it is advertised as no air con so I don’t get the reviews stating that they had no air con in the rooms, nowhere says it has air con.
Secondly: if people are noisy, that isn’t the hotels fault and can only be told to the keep the noise down.
Our hotel room was fine, cleaners came in, one sink the water came straight through so we just used the other sink, NO DRAMA.
Could always get sun lounges
Drinks all inclusive where ok, I only drank lager but my friend had the mixers and we aren’t fussy so where ok.
Food, food was ok for breakfast but we chose to eat out on a night, our choice and no reflection on the hotel food.
I honestly do not get how people complain about things that are indirect to the hotel? Cockroaches, noise, people. You should base your review of the hotel on the HOTEL not things that aren’t associated with the hotel.
I would go back to Tenerife.

This hotel should not be advertised, we were all inclusive and every drink I asked for i was told was not on all inclusive, we went to reception to complain our room was infested with cockroaches and was given an alternative room that was also infested with cockroaches, they were coming out the settee/bed , we literally had no sleep, when we told the staff about the cockroaches we were told all they can do is swap rooms however as previously said what was the point in doing this again as the second was also infested. We ended up checking out 4 days early and moving hotels. This was breakfast only so not only have we had to pay €400 for hotel but lost our all inclusive as well , not that we could eat or drink in the hotel anyway absolutely disgusting hotel and should be knocked down. They serve better food in prison
A lot of bad reviews but just back and would book this hotel again, apart from no air con in the room. The room spacious near 2 lovely pools and a times were very quiet. The restaurant was never busy so lots of space and food is what is expected from all inclusive, we all found food we liked. We meet some lovely staff all friendly.
As it is budget hotel there is lots of young groups out to party but we also meet some lovely groups who were very considerate, and we meet some lovely families to talk too.
