Location was good, few miles out from Estepona Centre. Stayed here for 5 days before leaving to go to Malaga for 2. Stayed in an apartment - used Uber for getting around however prices sometimes spiked at peak times. We got an Uber to Aldi & the supermarket for the shopping for the week. On arrival wi-fi wasn't working - informed someone had crashed into the telephone wire, so we had no WIFI for the first 2 days. We stayed in green block, nearest the furthest pool. Arrived on the 30th August and the man who welcomed us was very helpful - told us we were lucky as our room was the first room right next to the pool. We were very pleased with this. The day after we waited patiently with our towels to 12md, but the pool was still shut. We tried to call reception but none of the phones in the room worked. Walked back to reception - found out they had shut the pool near us for the season and we had to use the central pool. That day I counted 50 people in the pool, and 30 sitting around the pool, with only 20 loungers. People were sat on the floor and on the stairs with their towels and bags. It was very busy - such a shame as we did not enjoy this, Hotel does run a shuttle bus several times a day during the summer but the last day of this bus to the town was the 31st August - so we made the most on the last day but after this it was just taxis and Ubers. Atmosphere was relaxing & calm. Beautiful mountain views and good views of the gold course - However it must have been maintenance season as every day, all day there was some form of grounds work going on - quite noisy!. We didn't mind this - often just put headphones in. Apartment was large! could sleep 6 easy but only 2 of us. Was clean and the terrace/balcony are a real key point to staying here. We often relaxed & ate out there if the pool was overcrowded. Most staff were very helpful, kind & pleasant,however, one lady in the shop seemed very stressed with us paying on card several times - and at one point shouted no more card. Maybe this was related to the internet? who knows. Bathroom was clean and tidy & no maid service whilst we were there but we had already read up on this and we don't mind that as we are usually tidy. Kitchen window did not lock- it had no shutter (like the bedroom windows) so we had to wedge the chopping board in there at night to ensure it could not be opened from the outside. Definite lack of kitchen equipment such as tongues, trays & cooking materials - make cooking a lot more difficult. TV was basic - often unable to find an English channel but who goes on holiday to watch TV - not us! We ate at the pool bar on one occasion and then the hotel restaurant, and one night even paid for the buffet. The pool bar and restaurant was worth it, the buffet was overpriced at 24 euro EACH - drinks were not included, variety was average. Overall, for value - this hotel was worth what we paid, we knew we were only needing somewhere to relax for a few days before we headed up to Malaga for a wedding, and we were able to do so for less than 450 each. The biggest down side to this place would be the lack of space around the one pool & the noisy maintenance. I was unsure why we were placed in a bottom floor apartment - furthest away from the centre of the hotel and main pool - if they knew that area would be closed. Other than this, we were pleased with our stay, the amenities and the experience.

Quality, price, facilities, and location are correct

As soon as we arrived on Sept. 12. 2026, they gave us a large apartment with a terrace and very beautiful views. We enjoyed the pool that day. The next day, Sunday, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. But upon finishing breakfast, we went to the pool...and they told us that the pool season ended yesterday!!! A September 12th!!! No one warned us, no sign that warned about it, no note in the reservation that explained it. I have never seen a hotel with 3 pools (2 of them closed) where the pool season ends on September 12th. Awful!!!
