My in laws stayed here whilst we stayed at Jardin del Atlantico. Ours wasn’t great but this one was worse! No air con, rooms not cleaned all week, excessive noise from other guests arguing that wasn’t addressed by the staff, and old tired decor. Simply sub standard. Avoid.

I do NOT recommend anyone go to that apartment complex... I went to drop off a friend who had a reservation at that apartment and a blonde girl who works at the front desk was very rude and ill-mannered, telling me that I had to leave because I don't have a reservation and also that I cannot make visits to my friend during the time he is staying... she didn't care that my friend is in a wheelchair and that he really wanted me to accompany him... I find it disrespectful that that lady told me in a very aggressive tone that I have to leave the establishment right now for no reason at all; I didn't even have the room anymore... we were waiting for the room at the front desk, she kicked me out like a dog for no reason... it is a despicable place... think carefully before making a reservation at this place.

Second time we visit the Amazon. We feel that cleaning days have become fewer and what is written should be done / changed is not followed. No clean bedding, sweeping and garbage disposal once the rest of the time you had to put out garbage outside the door and ask for toilet paper. No offense to the cleaning staff but it doesn't seem to work. Otherwise a hotel that is well located even large balconies and pool. However, the pool is used extensively and it needs more than vacuuming as a grease edge has formed around the entire walls of the pool just above the water. Simple lgh where you can generally wish for a big clean from scratch but when we returned, it meets our requirements for a simpler accommodation. We will be happy to get back to you at the right price.
