I had a issue on my first night at the hotel and they said I would receive a full refund and that was over 3 weeks ago and still not resolved 0 Out of 10

Hotel was kinda ok, but felt already a bit old. Hotel was clean and tidy. Hotel personel was very kind and helpful, especially a barman who was very polite and helpful. Hotel room was dated and had a bathub, personally i don't like bathrooms where is a bathub... but it's a personal daste for each one. Room was located to the street side and on the first floor. Soundproof was very poor and i heard everything from the outside. Was very uncomfortable to sleep, noise was quite loud coming from the outside. Breakfast was good and location was also good, nearby was a metro station from where you had a easy access to all the city.
