We vacationed with family at villa 1001. The perfect place for a family vacation. Huge area with a water park and children's club. Incredible evening shows. I also want to write about the hotel animation. I haven't seen in a long time that they tried so hard to hold games at the pool, darts, and evening bingo. I would like to specifically mention the animator Kirill, who created all the mood. The food is not impressive, but good and for every taste. The service needs work; the waiters don't try very hard to serve guests, and most often they ignore them. All the restaurants, except the Asian one, were delicious. Indigo restaurant is beautiful and atmospheric, but the service is very slow. Gorgeous private pier with its own bar. It is also very convenient that the hotel provides a helper to the villa who is always in touch and ready to assist with any requests.

This review is only referring to The Splash Bar or the aqua snack bar at Sherwood Exclusive Kemer this is a complimentary poolside spot located right next to the resort's aquapark. Two of the resorts best people are located here Ali & Saban They go beyond all expectations when it comes to customer service. I am still here on holiday and will give a full review when I get back to the UK. I had to compliment these two and many staff at the Aqua snack bar they are absolutely amazing people. They went way beyond my expectations and made my stay very pleasurable, I attach photos so yo can recognise them they do speak English.
