This hotel suited perfectly into our Berlin City-Trip experience. Location very good as close to Tiergarten station which offers main/ direct train connections to Hauptbahnhof, Alex, Ostbahnhof, Wannsee and even Potsdam. There are no Supermarkets/ Spätis around which makes it a bit complicated in case you require a last-minute beer. We really enjoyed the Tiergarten with its lovely routes for jogging/ cycling passing the Zoo and some very nice Beer Gardens (Cafe am Neuen See) via Siegessäule towards Brandenburger Tor, Potsdamer Platz. The hotel room was functional and one of the windows could be opened which we found quite good for fresh air. Breakfast also offers everything you need for a City-Trip. Therefore B&B Tiergarten is my preferred choice if staying in Berlin for a resonable budget. Go for it and enjoy this buzzling Metropolis...

Functional hotel 5 mins to Tiergarten station and just a couple of stops from the centre or you can walk it in 40 mins along the river and through the Tiergarten. Also the Zoo area is walkable in 20 mins with lots of shops and great buildings and views. Breakfast was a plentiful buffet and a coffee machine that pumped out plenty of coffee. Comfy double room in the end with large picture windows. First night in an accessable room which was poor in comfort/quality with a miserable and very uncomfortable single bed. This hotel can do better when it comes to providing accessable rooms.

I am immensely shocked by the stay at this B&B hotel. Our bed has not been made for four days, even though we have pointed this out to the reception several times in vain. The icing on the cake, however, was the breakfast area: While other guests were allowed to sit there, we were kicked out extremely rudely and had to eat outside in the rain. When I spoke to the employee downstairs about it again, he showed his most arrogant side. Instead of an apology, I was told in an insolent tone that I should watch my tone. This is the most disgusting type of service I have ever encountered. Stay far away from this hotel!
