Wow what wonderful experience? The staff are amazing at this hotel it’s so clean. This is our second time of coming here. We absolutely love this hotel. We had garden rooms. Breakfast is absolutely fabulous. Thank you to all the staff for making us stay so special. Jill

This was our forth Jet2 package holiday to this Hotel. We go Half-Board. Being an 'elder' couple we find this hotel wonderful for our needs. Rooms, Service, Location and Relaxed Ambience. Excellent friendly staff from Rosa to all the others 'under her wing'. --- Congratulations to Rosa Doblas for her promotion since our last visit. --- Special mentions about Omah (Shariff), Billy (Whizz) and Anabel - who arrived at a table at the same time as we did with our bottle of wine from the night before. What a fantastic memory/service. Hope to visit 'MAC Puerto Marina' again in September 2027. Note: Apparently all rooms now have 'walk in rain-showers.

We have just returned from a 10 night holiday. This was our second visit to the hotel and again it didn't disappoint. We booked a pool side room this time with a terrace (139) and it was fabulous (and on the sunny side of the pool). The hotel, bar, lounge and restaurant are excellent and always kept immaculately clean. The food was always plentiful and a great choice for both breakfast and dinner. A huge thankyou to Omar and Annick for looking after us at meal times. The poolside entertainment (violinist and saxophonist) were both fantastic and i would have loved them to have played for slightly longer. All the staff are friendly and always a Buenos Dias from the them in the morning. Overall a lovely holiday and we will certainly return.
