Stayed with husband and 14 year old daughter, perfect hotel for us. No getting up early to get sunbeds, quiet around the pool area as no daytime entertainment apart from a saxophone player one day. Great buffet breakfast, spacious room and comfortable beds. Drinks were a bit pricey but we just went to the shop over the road during the day and went out every night as it’s in such a great location for Benalmadena and Torremelinos. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel, can't fault anything. All staff extremely efficient and friendly. Great choice for breakfast and evening meal buffets, never had a problem getting a table. Loved the outside part of the restaurant where Omar always worked and he was fantastic, friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were great, good air con and also a ceiling fan, beds really comfy and great blackout curtains. Location is superb with marina, beach, restaurants and bars all right your doorstep. Very relaxing hotel in a great location, would highly recommend.

What a beautiful hotel, from the minute we arrived we were made very welcome. Reception staff helpful and so polite, offered a drink of orange juice or cava on arrival. Informed we had complementary drinks in a fridge in our room, 6 in all. Consisted of 2 bottles of water, 2 Beers, 1 bottle of orange fanta and the other lemon. We were also told we could use the spar every day for 1 hour. Yes you can book treatments as well. Sadly did not take this offer up but it looked lovely. Our room was on the 3rd floor, room 361, A lift to take you up which was helpful especially when you have your cases . The room was lovely, very spacious, enough storage space for all your clothing. Yes we hired a safe deposit box at a charge but had 10 euros back. The bathroom also very spacious with a fantastic shower, hair dryer, complementary shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. Towels lovely and clean, and changed as you wanted them. The bed very comfortable, crispy clean sheets and pillows cases. Tea making facilities also topped up every day. T.V in your room, if you wanted to watch anything, we just checked on the news. The outside space also spacious, Table 2 chairs and yes a pull out thing to dy your towels on . Our room overlooking the courtyard, pool and sea view as well. Beautiful 🥰 Air conditioning in your room or use the ceiling fan. Room cleaned every day and the staff was so polite and kind. We stayed Bed and Breakfast, so much choice, all so very fresh you could not starve. Continental breakfast, cooked breakfast, fresh rolls, bread, fruit, lovely choice, as well as refreshments of your choice. Catering staff very professional as was the staff who are busy clearing your tables and setting up again, they always had a smile on their face. Dining area as well as the hotel was very clean, and outside areas. All staff strive to ensure standards are high. Yes a swimming pool we only used it once as preferred the beach, nice pool and not the rushing to get a sun beds, pool side bar, which was shaded and welcoming. Amenities all very close by and the beach was about 100 yards. Lovely marina, and plenty of places to eat or just to go for a drink The hotel is in a ideal position. We could not fault it, Would recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

Mac Puerto Marina offers good facilities and a pleasant stay in very easy walking distance of Benalmadenas spectacular marina. We used taxis to and from the airport. Good value for a group of 4 especially as the hotel isn't situated very close to public transport which in itself didn't seem to be as frequent or as well connected as at home. Our room was clean, spacious and serviced each day. Whilst close to busy areas the soundproofing, blackout curtains and comfortable beds offered a very restful sleep. We were sleeping beyond 8am each day which just doesn't happen very often. Our group of 4 always found available sun beds regardless of the time we arrived at the pool side each day. The pool itself is a good size. Plenty to choose from in the buffet at breakfast and for dinner. Mexican night was particularly good. At dinner you have to pay even for water but wine is available gratis on half board at breakfast. Entertainment at the hotel is fairly limited if usually of good quality. A musical offering most lunch times and in the evening. Thanks to Carmen for fitting in 500 miles to her set list. Lots of staff seen working very hard although service at the pool bar and from the bar in the evening can be slow. Special mention to the very friendly and efficient Brad Pitt lookalike in the dining room. We did see some cockroaches at the hotel which I understand can be a feature of Spain. They didn't effect our stay and I wouldn't want to put anyone off from using this hotel but comments from management would be welcome. More mosquitos than we have seen on previous holidays in this area so if you are susceptible wear repellent. Colomaraes Castle, a monument to Christopher Columbus is a very interesting place to visit in the area. We used Uber to and from. All in all a well situated and comfortable hotel from which the lovely sights and coastal areas of Benalmadena can be enjoyed.
