The main hotel is very poor, it is run down and in need of refurbishment. The rooms are very old and tatty although spacious as we had a 2 bed apartment. The doors would easily be pushed open if forced as all they have is a small chain and the handle clicking in. There isn’t any air conditioning but the expectation is you hire a fan. Some have hired a conditioning unit from off site . There is NO entertainment and the pool bar shuts at 6pm which I feel they have missed a trick as many people have commented they would have stayed at the hotel of an evening if not retuned early to have a drink. The life guard spends more time on his phone than watching the pool but it’s a thankless task. The pool is falling apart with tiles falling off daily. Some of the children spent a lot of time collecting them from the bottom of the pool the steps aren’t attached to the wall of the pool on two sets so are loose. The food is ok ish. It’s edible but lacks choices and for children it’s a challenge. A little to much of the same thing. The staff are lovely and helpful. Location if you want near to the beach is perfect. It’s too near the adult areas so not much for youngsters to do which is a shame. We were so disappointed we even looked to book another hotel but everything is fully booked. A shame as it’s our first time with the grandchildren. Will NOT return to this hotel.

It was the worse hotel i ever stayed in as for the room cockroaches everyday ,ive been eaten alive by bed bugs ,the wood on the balcony is rotten and covered in bird pooh,the 2 sliding doors from bedroom and sitting room dont work properly and i still have 3 days left and when complained nothing done , would not recomend this hotel to anyone its disgraceful

Broken tile, plugs and lights not working, decided the best time to refurb and jack hammer the rooms next to ours was when we were there, steps and slopes everywhere, holes in doors, bath leaking, asked for different rooms and was told no, went with easy jet who we are going to take legal action against, food terrible, was made ill, after 1 day we rented an apartment from someone else, do not go there, faulty towers with a Spanish twist, would give no stars is i could

Holiday 2026 as a family of 5! Due to the size of our party it’s really hard to find a room in Tenerife and these apartments catered for us with a great location. However! There are probs and cons to these apartments. First of all the pool! Was full of green algae all our swimwear was green after swimming for just one day, luckily we took plenty but had to leave them. When they did come and clean it was in the middle of the afternoon and they pulled everyone out of the pool for half hour! This happened a few time in our 10 night stay. One of the days it looked like someone had thrown up in it but it was coming from the side of the pool. Never seen them clean the pool in the morning or evening and we got talking to a fair few people and they had said the same it hadn’t been cleaned in the morning. Moving on to the apartment! Basic room with a Hob, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. We had to ask for a microwave. There is no aircon but you can rent a fan. Very dated room, beds were hard and the bathroom stunk the tiles were coming off the wall and it had a massive yellow stain in the bottom of the bath. However the place itself is in a great location just stay away from the alleyway at the back, a couple who was staying above said he had whiteness 2 girls getting attacked and someone getting robbed.

Staff friendly, Very basic apartments pool area needs a lot of attention green algae all around the edge of the pool that was never cleaned have had to throw out all of my daughters swimwear as I can’t get the algae stains out of them. Would not recommend these apartments to a family better suited to young adults or couples due to proximity to Veronica’s strip. Be careful on the walk up at night as my husband’s gold chain was ripped off his neck by two African men who came up behind us out of nowhere and ran off. This is has nothing to do with apartments just wanted to warn people to be extra careful with any valuables.
