we went on a family holiday to this hotel. the rooms were nice enough, cleaned daily. the problem is they just do not cater for British people. food was the main issue, not the best to say the least although the Russians and Turkish seem to like it as it was all catered for there needs. entertainment was all in Turkish all the shows etc. music round the pool was just a play list played 14 times, again no English music. no sports bar or TV room to watch the footie, so it was a taxi to Alayna ( 20 pound each way) or free bus to cheers bar which do have a large TV with the footie on. but eating and drinking is expensive round this area, (6 to 7.50 a bottle of efes ) went on a boat trip which was a good day out but you have to pay for you beer (5 pound) thank goodness the weather was good (35 degrees every day) or would have been unbearable. again hotel and staff were great but just avoid if you are British. you have been warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel is fantastic, the food is fantastic, the staff is fantastic. It's a very crowded hotel, but despite the crowds, nothing goes wrong. Whatever we say, we get very positive responses; they attend to us immediately. There are very few tourists, very few Turks, but it's much better to have tourists than rude people. Even with so many people in the dining hall, there's not a peep. So, what I'm saying is, we had a lot of fun, we ate, we drank, we swam.

Hotel for family vacation. The program is super, the service is super, I came to another country for the first time, I was very worried, thank my beloved animators who became like family, during the trip I always knew that I could rely on my brother Selim (who left his sneakers for free at the club for the evening, guarded us) and the beautiful Elsa, who infects you with her positivity and inspires a good vacation. Time flew by quickly, I will save money for next year to relax again in the best family hotel. Thank you to the staff because the food in the restaurant is always delicious and hot, and most importantly, the cleanliness, which is actually a rarity in Turkey. Thank you for working with all your heart (everyone is great, god-level service)
