I arrived in the morning. My room wasn't ready until 14.00 pm. I was given a card to get my drinks, until my room was ready. I was helped to my room with my two cases. The room I got was a twin room with a balcony. Very clean. The wardrobe was open, with no doors. I can only say that the reception staff where very friendly to me. On the second week of my stay, I had my wallet taken, I was on the phone to my Tui rep. So someone must have seen my bum bag open, where I keep my phone. Anyway this was no reflection on the hotel. It was a good job that I was all inclusive. My Tui rep was ever so good for me. All that I can say is this. The staff at the hotel where good to me. The food was ok. Everyday I managed to have something to eat. And that saying that I'm a very fussy person when it comes to food. I'm looking forward to my holiday on the 9th of October 2026. And this time, I will make sure that my bum bag is secure and closed. A good thanks to all the hotel staff. Mr. P. Kendall.
We stayed in hotel for a week this is a very true review, for what we paid for a week family of 3 we knew it wasn’t going to be anything spectacular. On arrival the reception and bar are lovely clean and modern, while the rooms are very dated but they are clean, cleaners come in everyday while your bedding is not changed the whole stay they make your beds and clean your room. There is a lot of groups that come to this hotel like from school trips and people in assisted living that come with carers. I can not complain about the food at all, the food was great and plenty of options. The only thing is when the hotel is full you are queuing for a while just to get into restaurant waiting for a table. The all inclusive does finish at 11pm so any drinks after this time you pay for and are not cheap. For a budget hotel we had a lovely time, downside is entertainment on night, so food is open from 7pm so finished for about 7.30pm you go to bar where they do entertainment and there is nothing on until 9pm not even music, at 9pm they either do dancing for the kids or face painting but when they do face painting still no music so can be very boring. If they did something from at least 8pm something on I would have rated this another star. In all the rooms are small and basic but clean, which is all you need as you don’t go on holiday to sit in your room. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours talking when your in the room, but I can sleep through people talking. Beach is about 6 min walk from hotel, there is plenty of excursions to do, and I feel they are good priced to. There is water sports on beach and also a big inflatable in middle of sea which is just further up which kids loved. Definitely have something to eat at the restaurant on mane street la riera well worth it always busy but now I know why food is amazing. I have also read reviews saying no lifeguards the whole time we was here there was lifeguards on, this may be a new thing since the tragedy of the little boy that drowned. In all I can’t really complain for what we paid for week we had a great time we made the most of it and that’s all that matters.
Avoid at all cost my friend made the mistake of booking with this hotel without reading the reviews and I can honestly say it's by far the worst hotel I have ever been to the all inclusive is NOT ALL INCLUSIVE LETS MAKE THAT CLEAR the rooms are dirty and full of dust the air-conditioning broke and did not get fixed. The so called all inclusive ends at 11pm and you can not get a drink before 10am also there are no lifeguards around the pool and the hotel is currently under investigation and in my opinion they should not be letting guests book at this hotel. There has been 7 deaths since June this year and when a little boy went missing the hotel staff were not interested and just shrugged there shoulders as if to say ( not my problem ) you have to rent EVERYTHING for e.g fridge, hairdryer, kettles. During our stay we saw people urinating of of there balcony it's disgusting . They fat hame kids telling my friends 11 year old son to put on a shirt in the hotel but yet didn't tell anyone else to do this even though girls were walking round with bikinis on and kids running around topless the sink leaked all over our clothes and the staff are very rude and arrogant please just save your money and book somewhere your going to actually enjoy yourself.
I booked a package holiday with On the Beach, flying with Ryanair, with airport transfers included. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, the experience was disappointing. Our hotel, htop Olympic, is only around 37 minutes from the airport, yet the transfer took almost 3 hours. On the Beach stated online that transfers would take approximately 1 hour 45 minutes, so this was significantly longer than expected. Because of the delay, we missed lunch at the hotel on our arrival day. To make matters worse, we weren’t even dropped off at our hotel. The transfer left us across the road at a different hotel without any explanation that we would need to walk the rest of the way. The hotel itself was equally disappointing. The family room was extremely small—we couldn’t even fit our baby’s pram inside. Staff had to remove one of the beds just so there was enough space. There was also no kettle or fridge in the room unless you paid extra. For a hotel marketed towards families, these basic facilities should be included, especially for guests travelling with babies. Accessibility was another major issue. The hotel is not fully wheelchair or pram friendly. Due to limited lift access, I regularly had to carry my baby’s pram up and down stairs. Thankfully, other guests saw me struggling and kindly helped, but this should never have been necessary. The food was poor throughout our stay. It was almost always cold, and many dishes were of a low standard. The lasagne was unlike any lasagne I’ve ever had, made with what seemed like processed, slimy ham instead of a proper meat sauce. Other meats, particularly the pork, were extremely chewy and difficult to eat. The hotel was also full of hundreds of French school children who appeared to be on a school trip. They frequently pushed into queues, and the noise levels were unbelievable. We were moved to three different rooms because the walls were so thin. You could hear normal conversations from neighbouring rooms, so when guests were shouting, it was impossible to sleep. Children were banging on our door at around 3am and running and screaming through the corridors every night. We were travelling with our 8-month-old baby, who was repeatedly woken throughout the night because of the constant noise. I would not recommend this hotel to families with babies or anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. One positive was that the male manager was friendly and helpful whenever we spoke to him. Unfortunately, the uncomfortable, rock-hard beds combined with the paper-thin walls, constant late-night noise, poor food, lack of accessibility, and misleading transfer experience turned what should have been an enjoyable family holiday into a holiday from hell. I would not book this hotel again, and I hope On the Beach reviews the information it provides about transfers and the suitability of this hotel for families with young children.
