Really enjoyed the hotel and entertainment, darts with CAN was fun and he made us all feel very welcome

Brilliant Family Hotel, entertainment on every night for kids and adults, daily activities done by the event team which has everyone watching and having a laugh. Mahmut was especially helpful during our stay, he makes a lot of effort to interact with everyone and makes sure you have a good time. Only bad thing I can say is there are a lot of people trying to get food and sun beds at the same time if you are not early

This is a place that you don’t need to set an alarm for to get a sun bed or breakfast. 10am and still sun beds available, not the best spots but good spots still. The tulip serves breakfast and other items until midday. The food on offer there is less than the main buffet restaurant, but it’s usually not too busy, as people come for a quick bite to eat and go. The main buffet restaurant is a lot busier but there is plenty of seating. Never had to wait long to get a drink, if we had to wait at all. It’s the busiest time for this hotel, but they have so many great staff that there is plenty working the bars and kitchens. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard daily, and the hotel is spotless. Plenty of staff maintaining the hotel day and night. Plenty of places to go if you need some quiet time too. There is to many good things to list, but these are some of the basics people are interested in. The bad reviews I’ve seen do not match my experience, but when you have a couple thousand people there at once, opinions will vary. We will definitely come back, loved everything here.
