The hotel is excellent, the beach is beautiful, the staff is responsive. Thank you for the wonderful vacation. This is our third trip.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. We were greeted at the entrance by very kind, friendly, and helpful staff. Frangiz, the receptionist, was very helpful and courteous, assisting us with the room check-in process. Although we had booked a sea-view room, we were given a higher-level room, which was a big surprise for us. Thank you for that. In terms of food performance, it's average in our opinion, but there's definitely an option and variety to suit everyone; you can find something to eat everywhere throughout the day. Room cleaning was quite adequate; thank you to everyone involved. The sea is within walking distance, the beach is sandy and doesn't get deep suddenly. The animation was average; my only complaint is the loud sound until 11:30 PM, which is a disadvantage for those who want to relax. I'd say the staff are average; sometimes Turkish guests are overlooked, but some of the staff are very kind and helpful. In conclusion, it's a great value-for-money hotel, or let me be optimistic, even a notch above.
