Hotel is very shabby and in need of a refurb, AC doesn’t work very well, but by far the most offensive thing about this hotel is that they believe it’s acceptable to host events in their function room that go on past 3am with music so loud you can hear it in your room on the 4th. It’s louder in this hotel than on the street outside where the clubs are. This demonstrates a clear lack of respect for the hotels guests. And means it absolutely must be avoided.

The hotel is due for a renovation. They are already working on renovating/painting parts. Mainly the joint parts. The hotel room was fine. Large room and everything was clean. The beds were hard (and I like a hard mattress) but this was very hard. Many bars that were open late. You have trouble with that. Also from the people walking outside to cheer. The hotel rooms were also very noisy. The room felt very damp. You noticed this on the bedding, your clothes, and also on food items. The cookies were soft the day after opening. The doors of many hotel rooms stick terribly. Because of this, there is a lot of nuisance from people opening/closing doors (had to force the door open and closed with great force). Entertainment does its best to get people involved. Breakfast is taken care of and there is something for everyone. Checking in and out must be much better. We got the room keys and were told 4th floor to the right. Nothing more, nothing less. Not the times of breakfast or the locations. You can look everything up yourself. There is a QR code on the desk, but if you arrive in the middle of the night, you won't notice it. Checking out is not asking about experience or something. Supermarket is around the corner, ideal. I wouldn't book again mainly because of the location next to the many bars.

Location - great, close to the sea, restaurants, shops, bus and train station, we visited Mijas and Marbella by bus, and Malaga by train Atmosphere- very good, in the evening there was an animation time, karaoke, Flamenco show, concert etc Rooms - spacious and nice Cleanliness - perfect Noise level - no noise, our room was on 8th floor Service- very nice and helpful, food was very tasty Value- good quality vs price I do not agree with a lot of negative comments, this is a very good place for holidays.
