The company that runs this Kip never informed us about the building works ongoing so if you want to Rest do not book here also I complained by Email to no avail so if your hard earned money matters to you avoid Green park like the plague

Absolutely terrible. They now insist on the guests cleaning their own rooms. No change of bed linen or towels for our 7 night stay. No cleaner in room for the whole week. This is now standard here as you are given a form to sign at check-in with details of cost of all the above if you want any of these done. 30 euro for room clean etc. Have stayed here before so this is new.

My husband and my two children went to spend 4 nights. The first thing is that the search doesn't let you book for 4 people; when you call, they tell you that you can, but by paying an extra €20 per person per night there, but they don't modify anything for you, not even an extra pillow; the apartment is equipped for 3. There is no cleaning if you don't pay for it; in the apartment there is a broom, dustpan, bucket, and mop, which in our case they forgot to leave, and despite asking for it on 3 occasions, they didn't give it to us. The apartment is comfortable if you are looking for something simple, but the beds are hard and the sofa is thinner than a coat of paint. The pool is just okay; we found days with low occupancy and there were enough lounge chairs and umbrellas. Regarding the cleanliness of the pool, on Thursday they didn't clean it and it was full of bugs, and the children's pool even had poop in it and was always dirty; they had to close it and didn't clean it until the next day. The lifeguard is there just taking up space, with headphones on listening to music but not paying any attention to the pool; the only time he approached the children's pool was when it was closed. For the price it has, if you are not very picky, it is acceptable, but I would not go back.
