The hotel is incredibly old, the rooms and beds are filthy, the food is awful, and the alcohol is served in cheap plastic cups. I don't understand how people give 5 stars to everything; it's clear they're acquaintances, and foreigners get more preferential treatment. We were disgusted; even 3-star hotels offer better service. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Emine Hanım and Sude Hanım, who took such good care of our son at the Mini Club, and also to Chef Faruk Tosun, who was very supportive in feeding our son with a smile and served delicious meals. Within the animation team, there were some communicative staff members as well as those who were indifferent, but at least I could overlook them; unfortunately, such individuals do occasionally emerge. Of course, I don't want to be unfair to the other staff members. Apart from that, it met my expectations in terms of service quality, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. Having stayed at almost all of Crystal's hotels before, I would rank Tat Beach among my top Crystal hotels (Crystal Centro was also enjoyable). I can wholeheartedly recommend it to those who want a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
