One of the best hotels we have had. Beautiful clean every day even Sunday. Friendly staff and the best were the hotel manager (Halil) and Yassin and Fatima and Yoanne. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Would everyone recommend.

Hotel is fantastic value for money. The biggest letdown, and the reason I would never book again, is due to the bar staff (Kostas) making my friend feel insecure and ruining our holiday. I would complain, but all staff at the hotel are rude and therefore would not act in the event of staff LAUGHING IN THE FACE of a customer. Making himself feel 2ft taller (as needed) by putting down a beautiful girl who is PAYING FOR THE EXPERIENCE. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

We stayed with my boyfriend in early September. In the first few days, it seemed like a very nice hotel; the staff was good. However, in the evenings, the staff were constantly absent from the reception desk; they were sitting by the pool, and you couldn't find them at their workstations in the evening. Also, they didn't know anything, especially two young boys. Only Katrina and one Ivan were decent, although there were three Ivans. They cleaned our room every day, and the towels were changed only once; the bed was not changed. Cleaning only included wiping the floor and taking out the trash; the bathroom floors were not washed. The cleaner was nice. The food, to be honest, was so-so. My favorite meal was breakfast; almost all the meat products were not very good. The tastiest sauce of all was carbonara. The salads were awful, very niche. I took something like Olivier, and it was terrible; it was somehow sour and tasted like the awful smell of the table from where I took it. When you pass by the salad counter, it makes you sick; it smells like garbage. Another very important point: on the 4th day, my boyfriend got sick with rotavirus from the food; he was throwing up. We stayed in the room for two days. Don't go to the pharmacies across the street; the prices are triple. There is no doctor at the hotel. The insurance company sent us to the hospital; they put in two IV drips. After that, all the food seemed suspicious. At the bar, we only had beer; it was tasty, but the glasses were very small. Among the good things was the pizza, although the queues for it were insane. THE WORST THING HERE WAS THE INTERNET. How badly it bombed us; it was just awful. We lived on the third floor, and our view was of the back of the hotel. The Wi-Fi didn't catch at all; only sometimes, in a lotus position, did you have to hold your phone out in front of you closer to the entrance door for it to catch at all. It only catches normally in the lobby, and not even there everywhere. In short, the impressions are mediocre; we won't come back here.
