Highly recommended, its employees are very kind, very good breakfast buffet. Excellent location. The only thing is that it doesn't have air conditioning, only a ceiling fan, and in the middle of summer it must be a problem, although in my case I went to the front desk about this problem and they immediately put a floor fan in the room and since it's October, well, problem solved. We will return at some point. Thank you for making our stay at the hotel very pleasant.

The hotel is old but renovated; it maintains its old-fashioned touch in its courtyard (interior garden) and in the furniture. It is clean and the staff is super friendly and available (especially the coffee maker Oliver, who, despite my diet, did everything possible so that I could enjoy a hearty breakfast). As for location, the hotel is central, within reach of many commercial spots and restaurants. In conclusion: totally recommended!

It is a beautiful and charming hotel. I usually take advantage of this establishment's proximity to the Oktoberfest fairgrounds in Puerto de la Cruz to spend one night to avoid taking the car, and everything has been fine until now, but this time we took the opportunity to stay for the weekend. To begin with, the hotel is one of the oldest in Puerto de la Cruz and is in urgent need of a general update, such as installing air conditioning in the rooms, but what bothered us the most is that we had to shower with cold water during our entire stay, and when we informed the front desk, thinking it was something isolated and easily solvable, it seems it is something common and widespread due to the age of the facilities (according to the employees themselves). I will continue to attend to spend the night of Oktoberfest, but nothing more.
