Great place if you want to be near the centre. Staff are quite arrogant… apart from the lovely lady on reception. My mother had asked for some sugars for her coffee and received mojitos..the staff was quite rude in the bar at various times. The atmosphere is quite dead. There’s not much barr from the elderly. Food is quite bland and basic. Pasta, meat, paella. Breakfast is ok. Limited high chairs for children too… so have to get in fairly early to get one. Water only unless you pay €4 for a soda. Rooms need a massive upgrade quite outdated. The hotel needs a revamp. Reported the lift for the number 8 button not working. Reported it two days ago still not fixed and having a pram and wanting to get up 8 sets of floors isn’t great. Overall most likely wouldn’t book again- Hope to come again to this location just unfortunately not the hotel.
