We had a very pleasant stay at this newly renovated hotel in Crete. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained, with housekeeping provided every day. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the pool area is excellent, with plenty of sun beds available.
The food was good for a [3]-star hotel, offering decent quality and variety. We especially appreciated the traditional dishes, as well as the salads, fresh fruit, and sweets.
Keep in mind that the hotel is not directly on the beach and does not have a private or dedicated beach area. However, it is conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, the bus station, and car-rental options.
Overall, we felt it offered excellent value for the price we paid. It deserves a [5/5] in its category. Guests should simply set realistic expectations: this is a very good [3]-star hotel, not a [4]- or [5]-star resort with luxury-level services.
We stayed for 12 days with 2 children aged 2 and 4.
The hotel is very well located, the rooms are very comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable in both the common areas and the rooms.
The staff is absolutely adorable and very professional, special mention to Gaby... one must be aware of the work provided, which is truly significant!
The food is good, the buffet is varied, with Greek specialties. The hotel is quiet, which is really appreciated.
I will simply note two small drawbacks:
We had a room at the back of the building and, as a result, we heard the highway traffic right behind it because the doors are poorly soundproofed. It didn't bother my husband and my children, but as I am sensitive to noise, I had to wear earplugs.
The second thing concerns the drinks, which are not very varied, and it's a shame not to provide wine glasses for the wine (but that's the French touch) and instead leave soda glasses.
In any case, a great place.

It is a well-kept hotel. It's super clean. Rooms and bathroom is not super big but are cleaned very well every day. New towels every day except Sunday. Bath towels to borrow for a fee. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is not very extensive in choice but very tasty. Taste soda is not very good. At the pool you will always find a bed and you do not have to put towels early. There's no animation. Nearby are many bars, restaurants, supermarket, bus stop and shops. Beach is 100 meters away.
