Amazing resort, excellent staff, superb service. The pool bar, restaurant, poolside and reception staff cannot do enough for you. Excellent value for money Only downside is the quality of the put up bed in the living area, which is not a bed settee that pulls out. It is quite uncomfortable and is 2 single beds. Would be ok for children but not good for adults

DO NOT use this hotel. Our experience was honestly shocking from the very first night. Our first night we discovered that our room was covered in bed bugs which resulted in both me and my friend being covered in bug bites that progressively got worse as the days went on and the beds being covered in blood!! We went straight to reception to report this expecting the situation to be taken seriously but the staff were incredibly rude there was no apology instead staff were rolling their eyes at us and we had no room for a full day 🫠 We were not offered any compensation, partial refund, or even an apology for losing the use of our room. Nobody offered to help clean or treat our suitcases either despite the risk of taking bed bugs home with us. We repeatedly tried to speak to the manager about what had happened and she went on to make friendly conversation with other people who came into reception after us while completely ignoring us. When we finally managed to speak to her a few days later instead of apologising or taking responsibility for the situation she actually tried to blame us and suggested that we brought bed bugs with us or that they were sitting on the outside of our suitcases from the airport as it happened before and she told us she told the other people the same thing she said we can wash our own clothes in their laundry room we walked in to find the smallest washing machine baring in mind we had clothes for 10 days&nights x2 with no dryer or drying racks with 2 washing pods. We did get moved rooms and obviously checked the beds but were met with black hairs, dirty marks and dead cockroaches on the floor being 2 young girls we can’t just get up and leave with no where to go in a strange country so cleaned ourselves and a good few days later asked for a room clean or even just fresh towels which again was greeted with complete attitude the woman said no rooms only get cleaned every 7 days which is unbelievable have not spoke to a single nice staff member they have made us feel like a inconvenience and they can’t be bothered with it!! Our last day we had a late flight home and they told us to store our luggage in the luggage unit along with everyone else’s belongings even though ours could be infested with bed bugs and eggs. We completely understand these things can happen but the way we were spoke to and the way the situation was handled is unacceptable and disgusting. Could have got a million more pictures but was more worried about getting out the room!!

Well-located accommodation, parking. Friendly and attentive staff at the front desk as well as in housekeeping, supervised pool
