Got there to be told from travelling since 6am that are room wouldn’t be ready until 3pm. We had the hassle of leaving are luggage in a room. Finally got into the rooms and was instantly greeted with an awful damp smell. The rooms was so so tiny and not at all what is shown on the TUI website. I asked for rooms conjoined as we had two SEND children with us and they put us in separate rooms and not even next door to each other. I asked to be moved to a bigger room to be told they was fully booked. I contacted TUI who was of no use as well and said I can move hotels but it would come at an extra cost to me. The card keys for the door stopped working almost everyday several times a day so had to keep going all the way back downstairs to get it sorted out to the point where staff had to come up and “fix” the door reader. The room was falling apart with the shower railing in the bathroom hanging off and the door stopper on the floor in the bathroom coming off revealing a rusty screw point upwards. The entertainment wasn’t that good, very Spanish oriented and not being translated into English. Especially the kids club. Although my little girl really loved the mini disco and the games room after. The swimming pool was always over pact and quite boring as you wasn’t allowed inflatables in and anything. Life guard blowing his whistle every 2 minutes. The food was basic, nothing stood out although all the staff was absolutely amazing in the dining area and was always so welcoming and couldn’t do more for us! The choice in drinks for the all inclusive was a bit rubbish too, think more cocktails choices need to be altered and more options altogether would be better. Maybe clean the beer pumps too as the beer tasted off. We tried to enjoy our stay and look at it from the point of we was only sleeping there. But as really hard as everything was just not upto standards

Good for the cheap money we paid. Out of the town top of hill. Mostly Spanish when we was there .
