It was 7 good days. Excellent location, because you just cross the street and you are at the beach. Close to everything. Hotel with varied and acceptably quality food. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. All rooms with sea views. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is nice although I think it is small for the number of hotel rooms, as it easily gets full. The downside is really the elevators. At "rush hour" (mealtime), the elevators are full and it's better to take the stairs.

Well from day one our air conditioning unit water leaking water on to the floor which resulted in me almost having a bad fall this went on for the two weeks we were there 5 times they were in to fix it and it was still leaking when we left room 217 also WiFi was total crap kept starting and stopping they tryed it 4 days in a row then on the 5th day they put me on a different server and that was as bad and it wasn’t just my phone it was the wife’s and granddaughters iPad then we have the entertainment and kids club kids club was a home if you spoke English there didn’t interact with them had more time for the Spanish they play a game mybe twice a day like pass the parcel but it was alway a Spanish person or kid that would win as there looking at the people and can stop the music to whoever they want out next and most of the staff were really nice except one in the outside bar who told my granddaughter she couldn’t have any free crisps but was able to give them to others which she didn’t understand and I have to mention the cleaners who does a fantastic job every day in our room and 100% trust worthy

Try to get a room on a lower floor, because you know the peak hours for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; it's almost impossible to catch an elevator like in other hotels with many floors and rooms. My experience has been wonderful, with a variety of food; I will return.
