We have just arrived back from a 7 night stay, and cannot fault the hotel for its flawless decoration and ambience. The photos available here give a perfect description of the stunning grounds and amazing pool area. There are plenty of sun lounges and parasols with no need to put your own towels out in the early hours. The staff work hard to keep the hotel looking spotless. We stayed in a garden suite which comfortably accommodated for three adults. The room was fully kitted out with a large sofa bed and twin beds. with a small kitchen area complete with microwave, kettle and small fridge. The location is a little further out so we needed to use a taxi’s, which the hotel reception can call. Taxi prices arranged from €6 to €9 each way. The bigger supermarkets are further out, I walked 30mins to the Supermercado Gordillo Rondo which was more reasonably priced. We stayed Bed & Breakfast, generally the breakfast was a mix of hot and cold items. Each day there was a large variety provided. Unfortunately, my vegan request on booking was not passed on to the restaurant staff so there were no specific vegan items available other than plant-based milk. It would’ve been helpful if items such as serial were labelled suitable for vegans as it was difficult to know if they were. I was provided with a vegan yoghurt for 3 mornings however it was difficult to communicate that I needed vegan yoghurt and not lactose free which was offered to me. Overall, our stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this gorgeous hotel if you are looking for somewhere quiet yet stylish this is the place for you!

We stayed at this Hotel complex purely based on my partners previous stay here.I Genuinely can say our 2 week break here was just what we liked.on Arrival the reception area was very clean,airy and modern,we were swiftly checked in by a lovely lady,and Given a lovely Bungalow that got the sunshine to the rear (by request) all day.The Bungalows are really spacious and fresh and modern,and the beds were comfortable which offered us some long awaited relaxation.we opted for the cooking kit which compromises a single electric ring and pans and fryer pan.The fridge is more than ample for a couple and has a small freezer drawer at the top.The shower room is modern with a walk in shower which has plenty of hot water and a good power to it as well.The sliding door Cupboards x2 in the bedroom have plenty of space and around 8 to 10 clothes hangers in each with a safe for a supplement.There is a tiled deck to the front and the rear of the bungalow which has seating on both,there is also a clothes dryer as well.The Hotel has 3 pools one small for the kids,one solely for adults, and main pool is the largest with a walk in option to one side for people with walking difficulties.there is a pool bar selling drinks,and food most of the day.There is a carpark out the front should you want to hire a car as the hotel is around a 25 minute walk to playa del ingles and the same to melanoras,However there is a coach operating from outside the hotel every hour to both of these places for I think €1.50.All in all a nice quiet, friendly clean ,modern hotel which we will definitely be returning to for a bit of winter sun.

It is disappointing that I have to write this review as overall the hotel is great and visited 3 times now. However on this visit we returned to the room on the Saturday to find that 2 bottles of alcohol had been removed from the room which we reported on the Saturday and told that the cleaning team were off on Sunday and would get back to us on the Monday. They had no update for us on the Monday. Had to ask again on the Wednesday to be told still no update followed up again on the Thursday and still no update. Asked again as we checked out on the Friday and tile they didn’t have any information so it is very disappointing that they didn’t really take this serious. Thankfully it was just alcohol as if something more valuable what would have happened !
