I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case I feel obliged to warn future guests. My partner and I paid more than €600 for five nights in Room 902. Based on the advertised photos and the 4-star rating, we expected a clean, well-maintained property. The reality was completely different. The very first thing we noticed when entering the room was a strong musty smell. It remained throughout our entire stay. There were ants inside the room. The walls were dirty, stained, damaged and showed multiple signs of patchwork repairs. The flooring was damaged and separating. The furniture, wardrobes and common areas appeared worn, neglected and poorly maintained. The bed linen was stained and it took two days before it was finally replaced. For a significant part of our stay we effectively had to use the bed cover because proper bedding was not provided. The hotel was also noisy, meaning we left feeling more exhausted than rested. We reported the issues multiple times at reception. We were promised that the manager would contact us and personally inspect the room. This never happened. No meaningful solution was offered. The most disappointing aspect is the huge gap between the promotional photos and reality. Anyone who wants to see the actual condition of this hotel is welcome to look at the photographs we have uploaded and decide for themselves whether this meets the standard of a 4-star property. Honestly, it is difficult to understand how this hotel has received so many positive reviews. Mi pareja y yo pagamos más de 600 € por cinco noches en la habitación 902. Basándonos en las fotografías publicadas y en la categoría de 4 estrellas, esperábamos un alojamiento limpio y bien mantenido. La realidad fue completamente diferente. Lo primero que notamos al entrar fue un fuerte olor a humedad. Este olor permaneció durante toda nuestra estancia. Había hormigas dentro de la habitación. Las paredes estaban sucias, manchadas, dañadas y con evidentes reparaciones. El suelo estaba deteriorado y levantado en varias zonas. Los muebles, armarios y zonas comunes parecían muy desgastados y poco cuidados. La ropa de cama estaba manchada y tuvimos que esperar dos días para que la cambiaran. Durante una parte importante de nuestra estancia prácticamente tuvimos que utilizar la colcha de la cama porque no se nos proporcionó ropa de cama adecuada. Además, el hotel era ruidoso, por lo que nos marchamos más cansados de lo que llegamos. Informamos de estos problemas varias veces en recepción. Nos prometieron que el gerente se pondría en contacto con nosotros y revisaría personalmente la habitación. Nunca ocurrió. No se nos ofreció ninguna solución real. Lo más decepcionante fue la enorme diferencia entre las fotografías promocionales y la realidad. Quien quiera conocer el verdadero estado del hotel puede consultar las fotografías que hemos subido y decidir por sí mismo si esto corresponde a un establecimiento de 4 estrellas. Sinceramente, resulta difícil entender cómo este hotel tiene tantas opiniones positivas. Lamentablemente, no podemos recomendar este alojamiento.
