Very disappointing experience at Marvel Hotel. Several incidents involving unhelpful and disrespectful staff significantly affected our family holiday. We were spoken to aggressively when taking hot food to our child at the pool, refused basic cutlery for our daughter, and later had our personally purchased forks removed from our room by cleaners because they assumed they belonged to the hotel, despite the forks being kept clearly among our personal belongings. Our plates were also repeatedly cleared during lunch and dinner while we were still eating, simply because staff assumed we had finished. On one occasion, I had only been chatting with my family for a moment before my plate was taken away. This is absolutely ridiculous. These situations were handled with a complete lack of courtesy, flexibility and basic customer service. Unfortunately, this was far from the relaxing family holiday we expected. A waste of both money and time.

We were on vacation from September 11, 2026 The hotel is big and beautiful, but the kitchen seemed too small for such a big hotel! The food is monotonous, rarely anything new, I wouldn't say it's very tasty, it's for a connoisseur!! Desserts are just awful 😵‍💫 Eat fruits every day! The rooms are clean every day, but the hallway near the rooms smelled like rotten meat all week 🥵🥵🥵 The heated pool water is really warm, but when you get out, the draft is impossible!!! The drinks are not tasty either ( I do not recommend eating at the hotels, much better for this price!

Great hotel - rooms spacious, airy, modern, bathroom lovely walk in shower, beds very comfortable. Great all inclusive break. Lovely pools. Minimal activities. Great location to walk to beach - private area with sunbeds and parasols which was great. Main prom short walk and down to main area very pleasant walk.
