Upon arrival, they told us that we had to pay for the entire garage stay (I was told over the phone that it was per day). When I mentioned it, they did not respond to me. After 4 hours, the refrigerator was not cooling, and we realized that we had a leak in the bathroom (the ceiling can be seen in the photos); the neglect of the apartments is also visible. We told them to change our apartment, and they told us there was no availability, while there were listings on the website. When I filed the complaint on Booking the next day, there were indeed apartments available. The problem is that when we went to see the apartment, the one next door had pets and they would not stop barking, which worried us regarding our children's rest, so we said no. The solution was to put a bucket in the drop ceiling so it would not drip onto the floor, and they said the technician was coming that same day (he never showed up). The rooms that face the interior courtyard are very noisy at night; it is hard to sleep. I would not recommend them.

We book directly with the hotel, without intermediaries, by phone. We were told we had to post a bond so we could secure the stay. I never have, but well, because of the dates we understood. They also told us that they were going to give us a bass guitar and because of our mobility problems it didn't feel bad, I told him if it had a terrace and they told me that it had an interior, we thought: "better, cooler". So long as everything's normal. But all our joy vanished when we arrived at the apartment and when we opened the door we were greeted with an excruciating pestilence, the truth I do not know how to describe the smell, with cables hanging from the wall and terrace as you will see in the photo, of a total unsanitary. We returned to reception and told them that we were not willing to stay there (the eight days we had already paid) because of their unsanitary and to give us another apartment. Casualties of life there was only one attic left and already being in Torrevieja, July 22, of course, to see where we were going to find accommodation!!!!, so we had to pay 400 € more, the joke came out for 1206 €. but not paying that amount we had rest, and we found the dirty cutlery, the same dishes (one of the receptionists came to see it and started cleaning it), on the attic terrace not a parasol...well, a horror, bathroom, etc... When I went out to the attic I had to clean the table conscientiously because it was with pigeon shits and not for a day, which I think even scratched the bar table (yes, the ones they put on the terraces of the bars) , which they had on, I sat in a chair and almost went to the floor, it was broken!! And we continued with the esperpento!!!, as the terrace was sunny all day (there was no awning or anything), we asked for an umbrella in reception, they left us but of course , without base, so the receptionist tied it to a chair and so we were the 8 days, careful that the umbrella, the chairs and all the tinglado did not go through the attic window. The receptionist told me that she had already told her boss, to please provide us with a base to hold her...we left and the base never heard from. We found it incredible what was happening to us in this place, as we went on a sightseeing tour, we were in Alicante capital in an apartment , in La Manga, Cartagena,... and we had no problem, on the contrary, what I do not understand is the quality poster that has in its entrance, unheard of, because even at reception they confirmed that yes , that the bass should be renovated, but I saw , apart from the bass , many shortages and the cleanliness also shone through its absence , they told me that there was a person replacing the cleaner, but the client is not to blame for that situation nor must go through any internal problems of the place, we go on vacation and not to solve the problems of others. See examples in the photos, ah!, by the way, the rusty clothesline and the comfort of the bed, I guess for tastes the colors, but I ended up with contractures in the back. Shall we talk about the garage? That we already heard complaints from more guests??? Thank you for such a wonderful stay, we will take care not to return or of course recommend it to whoever we have well

We endorse all earlier comments. Yes, close to the beach and town centre... Yes it's "rather old" in decor and Yes Yes Yes it's scrupulously clean. We love the San Juan festival in Torrevieja but our apartment is too far to walk for return. Up to now we'd taken a night stay at a 3 star hotel but were disappointed in 2024 so we chose Fresno. And we were delighted. Much larger than we thought- two double rooms and a spacious lounge area. Kitchen fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, washing machine and iron. Ironing board in one of the spacious wardrobes along with ample fluffy towels. Even found washing-up liquid and tea towels in kitchen. Thoughtful. Aircon was fully working- good job as this was the warmest day so far. Very polite and efficient check in- TIP!! Take UK drivers licence for proof of UK UK address. (We live in Wales- inherent problems with spelling!) We left a 50€ deposit which was returned following morning after another friendly receptionist checked before we left. Can't think of any major bad points- we read about the old decor such not an issue for us. All the good points mentioned already- totally agree. My wife is a light sleeper- no traffic noise and the bed was to her liking. Will definitely stay again next year.
